Big Game fishing in Canaries

Bluefin Tuna:

The Tuna start arriving in our waters around the middle of February, and we begin fishing for them at the beginning of March until the middle of May, we leave the marina at 07:00 and are back on the dock at approx. 15:00.

Blue Marlin:

The Blue Marlin start arriving in our waters around the beginning of June, and we fish for them until early October. We leave the Marina at 0900 and are back on the dock at approx. 1700, Other pelagic species available from March to September include Big eye Tuna, Wahoo, Dorado and White marlin.

Reef / Wreck Fishing:

We leave the marina at 08:00 and are back on the dock at approx. 16:00. Targeting huge Amberjack, Grouper, Dentex, Bluefish, and a whole range of Rays and other reef species.

The above includes.

• Captain and 1 or 2 deckhands.
• Fuel included.
• All fishing tackle: 130,s 80,s 50,s outfits plus bait rods and reels all in excellent condition
• Boat lunches prepared and served by the crew.
• All soft drinks bottled water and ice.
• Snacks including fruits, crisps, peanuts, biscuits on display & self-service.
• A maximum of 4 anglers are allowed on board. Tips are optional!

Big game fishing in the Canaries, fishing either aboard our refitted 33ft Bertram or our partners 38ft Hatteras sport fishing boat. Fishing within 5 minutes of leaving marina San Sebastian, La Gomera in over 1000 meters + of deep east Atlantic water. You are assured of calm conditions and fine weather, and the best chances of catching Huge Blue fin tuna and blue marlin the canaries have to offer. The island of La Gomera is a wonderful base to fish in with fantastic views and accommodation to cater for all budgets.
